Shrub Trimming/Maintenance
Shrub maintenance is done to keep healthy growth and to give your home or business a professional look. Professional trimming helps extend the life of your plants. Shrub trimming is performed as needed during the spring/fall of the year.
Spring Clean Up
Thatch buildup consists of debris such as grass clippings, twigs, and leaves that have accumulated above the soil and below the grass blades. Too much thatch does not allow for water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots, and thus diminishes their growth. Thatch is best when kept at ½ inch thick, as having none at all can make your lawn susceptible to heat, drought conditions and disease. Dethatching is the process of removing this excess thatch, and is best if done yearly during the spring (mid-April to early May). Spring cleanup consists of dethatching your property, and using power blowers to blow debris out of rock beds, and from shrub areas. We properly dispose of all debris from clean up.
Fall Clean Up
Thompson Lawn Care will blow out all areas of debris including rock beds, window wells, and shrub areas. Your lawn will be mowed and bagged. Debris and leaves will be disposed of properly.
